Furry Friends Are Welcome at Peloton Apartments
Your pet is part of your posse. Our resident cats love gazing out from the balcony windows onto the activity below. And our dog tenants get plenty of exercise walking their owners through the urban avenues and curbside gardens of the Spring District. We allow up to two (2) pets per household. Pet rent is $30/pet per month and each pet requires a $400 deposit at move-in.
Note: service/companion animals may not be subject to this list.
Pet and Breed Restrictions
Dog Breeds
Restricted breeds that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pit Bulls
- Rottweilers
- Presa Canario
- German Shepherds
- Malamutes
- Dobermans
- Chowchows
- St. Bernards
- Great Danes
- Akitas
- Terriers (Staffordshire)
- American Bull Dog
- Karelian Bear Dog
- Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
Poisonous Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Tarantulas
- Piranhas
Exotic Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reptiles (snakes, iguanas)
- Ferrets
- Skunks
- Raccoons
- Squirrels
